Nuggets' Martin out tonight
Denver Nuggets power forward Kenyon Martin is out versus the Charlotte Bobcats tonight with a dislocated pinkie finger. Joey Graham -- twin brother of the Bobcats' Stevie Graham -- is expected to start.
Martin being out might mean the Nuggets use Carmelo Anthony more than usual as a power forward. The Nuggets going small would seemingly help the Bobcats, who don't have a conventional backup power forward.

Martin's absence really hurt the Nuggets tonight. They missed his interior toughness on both ends.
