Might be worth mentioning that Hunter is from Winston-Salem I think.

And Lamont Mack went to UNCC didnt he? I'd say those local connections bear mentioning.

Didn't Miles jump straight from High School into the pros?

Miles did jump straight from high school to the pros, then destroyed his knee in his second or third season.

given that we need pg depth i think they could have found a free agent local gem in dijuan harris from uncc.....surprised he's not mentioned on this roster. possibly because he is part of this years class. they should look into that. rick see to it that they do.

Miles was better in Van Wilder than he was on the court. And that is saying something.

As a bobcats fan and 49er alumni, I can say with confidence that neither Mack nor Harris are NBA players. Not right now anyways.
A nice list of names, I think Hunter is a LB type player. Nelson can hang around an NBA roster, but if there was more than one duke player on the roster I'm sure ticket sales would be cut in half. Always loved PJ Tucker, he's another guy LB should like.

Hope that Miles and Korolev show to get an invite to the fall, preseason camp.

Besides the names already mentioned, Pape Sow deserves some extra attention. Athletic big man, defends and rebounds, and dominated in the paint when he was in the D-League.

harris is a traditional point guard. he can get assists and steals in the nba without turning the ball over. small for defensive purposes and that puts him off brown's radar i'm sure (especially with DJ) but he can play at this level. if jasan hart or chris duhon can....harris definitely can.

jason rich is a player too.....there's a lotta guys like him that deserve to be in the league but due to guarunteed contracts to people like gana diop and/or developmental contracts for draft picks like ajinca counting against the roster and the cap......they can't find a team with room.
