Rick, have you heard in thing through the rumor mill about if the Bobcats have their eye on anyone in free-agency. I know that we are at or almost at the salary cap limit; and that's before we try to re-sign Thomas and maybe, maybe not Felton. Do we have an veteran's minimum slot that most teams have?

Flip Murray said he wanted to come back, which i would love!(in response to Tyrone)

Worked out a bunch of undraftees by the looks of it there...

The article should be about the BOBCATS having no chance of success here in Charlotte.

Sounds like we're in for a long upcoming season after making the playoffs for the first time... Flip Murray would be a great addition (again) off the bench, and Tyrus Thomas was great last season. But the real thing to concentrate on is the point guard position (insert Felton?)? Sounds like he is weighing his options but are we not making a solid effert to retain him? For you Bobcat fans out there, who do you see as the starting PG next season?

i think is safe to say that we will not bring back t.ratliff, l.hughes & maybe even s.graham inwhich i hope we keep out of the 3 so that the younger players can become roll player. still we need to get rid of another big man, question is how can we get rid of d.diop?! i dont want r.felton to leave but if any team will take him with diop(overpaid contract) included we need to pull the trigger. or what are the odd of a buy out?

Hey Rick, what are the chances of the Bobcats signing Ian Mahimni from the Spurs? I hear they didn't pick up his option, so he'd be good for us!

why do people love flip murray so much? the guy is horrible offensively. he's solid defensive for a 1, small for a 2 but makes do on a lotta guys but offensively? what is he a career 30% shooter or something? there's too many better guys out there (rashad mccants) to give that guy a roster spot. hell adam morrison is better than flip murray and yall hate that guy.

If Felton wants to go, so be it. Shaun Livingston will be a free agent for Washington for the coming season and he could be signed to replace Felton, for the Wizards intend to draft Wall to go along with Arenas. Thus, Shaun will have no role with the team. He showed, filling in for Gilbert, that he could run an NBA team again. Coupled with Darius Miles and Yaroslav Korolev, who are invited to a one-day minicamp today, maybe the three could benefit the Bobcats without costing them a bundle in the fall.

I'm with you on that Ron, Shaun Livingston played well and scored alot of points for the Wizards once he started at the end of the season, I think if we got him, with his size and skill, let's not forget, this was a former lottery pick, he' be a great addition to us! Let Felton walk!

I think a good undrafted free agent to get would be L.D. Williams from Wake

wow just the thought of grabbing Miles and Livingston and maybe getting rid of diop and or Doris Meow makes the off-season excite me.

I think felton will get his money elsewhere no doubt. A lot of teams have had interest in him in the past. But DJ is not the guy to hand the keys to. Livingston on the other hand.

We would be a fairly deep team if Miles knee holds up, chandler stays healthy, a solid PG with Jack and Wallace and TT. The thing we need is a reddick style player who can come off the bench and score from beyone the Arc. We have no 3pt threats on our team. And as we saw with the orlando series, hell even the playoffs in general, you need some guys coming off the bench to score some threes.
