Nice win. The Celtics were without Pierce and Rondo but the Cats were shorthanded too. I always enjoy seeing bandwagon fans in the arena when the cats surprise them. Now if we can just get a little winning streak going.

Umm he's not good. One 35 point outburst does not make up for all the other inconsistent games he's had, 12 or 13 points here or there, and disappearing late in games.
Henderson needs to come off the bench IF the Cat's decide to keep him. He's not NBA starting SG material.

He's probably the 15th best starting 2 guard in the league. No worse than 20th. There are 30 teams. He's definitely starting caliber. He's not STAR caliber. we all know that. Neither is rip hamilton who he basically is a stronger more athletic version of. Hamilton won a ring.

henderson's scoring and efficiency has gone up every year. he's posting career highs in points per 36 min, PER, TS%, 3pt %, FT %, assists, and his minutes are down from last year. You look at 13.8 per game and say "oh wow that's bench worthy" and don't look at the fact that he's playing under 29mpg.

The only guys scoring more per 36 (or more per minute played) at the 2 in the nba right now are.........kobe, harden, wade, crawford, gordon, thorton, ginobli, ellis, waiters, martin, smith, evans, reddick, derozan. 14 guys ahead of him. out of the 14, most of them are within a point and guys like waiters, smith, ellis, score less efficiently and all of the 14 guys have better supporting casts which help boost their stats.

you guys undervalue henderson insanely. for a 4th year pro entering his prime, the guy is an absolute keeper. he will NEVER be a star player but he will absolutely be SOLID starter/rotation player on winning teams. Throw in the fact that he's hard working, good teammate, good citizen, won't be crazy expensive, and constantly improving every aspect of his game?

deshawn stevenson, rip hamilton, bruce bowen, derek anderson, brent barry, stephen jackson, ron harper all come to mind when you ask the question can gerald henderson be a starter/rotation 2 for a championship team.

Rick ! Is mullens hurt or not?? Or is it his attitude. I seriously want to know. If not hurt just needs attitude adjusment, than good for future reference. Easy to want to play hard when winning!
Seriously who else outside of Sessions and Kemba is even consistant so WTH Is there to debate, he's as solid as you get, Henderson.
