Otah won't play

Panthers right tackle Jeff Otah is on the inactive list and won't play today at Tampa Bay.

Otah, nursing a high ankle sprain, will be replaced in the starting lineup by Jeremy Bridges.

Also, DT Darwin Walker is inactive today. The coaches apparently are choosing instead to keep DT Gary Gibson active. (The Bucs are averaging more than 5 yards per rush, so perhaps that's why).

There are no surprises among the other inactives: quarterback Matt Moore (emergency third QB), wide receiver D.J. Hackett (knee), linebacker James Anderson, center Ryan Kalil (ankle), wide receiver Kenny Moore and safety Quinton Teal.
