Stewart Doesn't Practice
Panthers rookie running back Jonathan Stewart didn't practice Wednesday due to a heel injury. Coach John Fox wouldn't speculate on Stewart's availability for Sunday's game at Oakland.
Defensive tackle Darwin Walker (neck) was the only other player who didn't practice.
Starting offensive linemen Jeff Otah and Ryan Kalil, who've been out with knee injuries, returned to full participation, as expected.

Is that heel injury from the game?

Should the Panthers go after DeAngelo Hall if he gets cut by the Raiders? How much is he worth and who would they release to make room on the roster.
I would sign him to a one year deal and put OL Ber... on the practice squad (I think Wilson & Wesley are too valuable on special teams and defense to cut).

Who is Steward? A combo of A. Seward and J. Stewart?

Yeah, let's sign DeAngelo. We need an overrated, diminishing CB that Steve Smith will punch.

KIR aka SYP - I'll assume your post about Hall here and cutting somebody is a funny joke because you really are a mental midget, about on the same level as Procton......but to save Procton from his googling I figured at least to say that D. Hall would cost a team the prorated portion of his salary which would be 470K, however he would be due 16MM in unpaid bonus money if he were to be seriously injured. He'll end up clearing waivers and signing with somebody but it sure as sh* t won't be the Panthers..

mcap, that's what I told coach this morning. He agreed and said "It is what it is."

I guarantee he ends up with the cowboys. As soon as he clears waivers, who wouldn't pick him up, other than us obviously. Think about it, denver, cowboys, and even the saints could benefit with someone of his calibur for minimum pay. I am so happy we are playing the disgruntled raiders this weekend. I am also eager to see how culpepper is going to look this weekend with the lions. A little nervous.
FIREFOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you all think stewart did something he wasn't supposed to be doing we he went back to oregon to see his old team's stumping grounds?

No word on Hackett? Or whether or not Jarrett will be in the lineup again?

DJ Hackett was not even listed on the injury report, so one assumes this health won't get in the way of playing this weekend.

firefox, first off, I hate that stupid screen name you're using, but that last comment you posted has got to be one of the most "on your toes" remarks I've seen in this room in a long time. Ya know, it wouldn't surprise me if he hurt it playing a little round ball with the boys from the ole hood. If thats the case, someone needs to break their foot off in his freshman ass!

You people really are proud to be a-holes, aren't you? It really is pathetic.

Just to clarify, I'm only calling out the ch*cken sh*t cam-queens out. They love to act tough online, and their true character and personality really shines. Their mothers (if they have one) would probably be proud of them. After all, "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree."
Jb, I don't wonder why they do. In fact I know why and have repeatedly called them out on it.
Dave, way to recognize a question mark. Next time you accuse people, try looking in the mirror first... idiot. I guess you are really proud of your NFL knowledge. LOL Watching ESPN has really paid off for you. Your father (if you know him) must really be proud.
