Richardson out of hospital

Panthers owner Jerry Richardson, who had heart transplant surgery 12 days ago, left Carolinas Medical Center early this afternoon and is resting at home, team spokesman Charlie Dayton said.

Dayton said Richardson, 72, will still be monitored closely by doctors, but is expected to continue to recover and regain his strength. Richardson's recovery time, Dayton said, will continue to be from three to six months. -- David Scott

God Kevin... Shut up. No one gives a damn about your opinion. Way to take a good moment and ruin it with your stupidity.

This is good news. Get well soon Big Cat.

I second WRAPPEDinBACON's comment. It equally applies to gengizk's completely inappropriate & moronic post as well!

we'll see how well the surgeons did at CMC. If Jerry really has a heart then he wont raise ticket prices. If he does then CMC really screwed up!

Great to hear it Big Cat. And if anyone wants to sell your tickets while Jake is QB, let me know.

Dont get me wrong i think as a health professional that this is great news...but whats with the hiring of a d-line coach...u think were trying to snag clancy pendegrast(exscuse spelling please) that be 3 def. coordinators on the team...unbelievable knowledge and strength to tell fox to stick it and let them coach. And last but not least lets sign Gross already, so we can franchise pep! Both of they're stocks are through the roof.

Great news! Take your time and get your strength back, Mr. Richardson. You'll need it to help withstand the the brutal cold of January football!
