Is a pre-training camp the camp before the pre-season camp?

Pre-training camp in this case merely means the remaining days before training camp opens ...

When do we have a pass defence that can limit a Drew Brees, Kirk Warner or Eli Manning? We keep adding offensive backs and ends to try to outscore the opponents.
