#Cowboys RB Barber officially out

Dallas running back Marion Barber is officially out of tonight's game with a left quadriceps injury. That means second-year man Felix Jones should be the lead running back against Carolina's suspect run defense, with Tashard Choice backing him up.

The Cowboys' other inactives are safety Mike Hamlin, linebabcker Jason Williams, guard Montrae Holland, center/guard Duke Preston, tackle Pat McQuistan and wide receiver Kevin Ogletree. Stephen McGee is the third (emergency) quarterback.

They will miss barber, but Jones and Choice seem to be much more explosive. The defense will be gambling with their downhill approach with their front four if someone misses an assignment. In short, one missed tackle could mean giving up a TD tonight. Brayton is going to have his hands full trying to chase down backs tonight. Poopers needs to show up!
