#Panthers' Harris misses practice

-- Strong safety Chris Harris missed Thursday's practice with a knee injury (not shin, as coach John Fox said on Wednesday). Fox said Harris' knee was kicked.

-- Fox also said four players are candidates to return punts Sunday against the Eagles -- Steve Smith, Chris Gamble, Captain Munnerlyn and Kenneth Moore. Munnerlyn said Wednesday he'd been told he'd won the job, but Fox said Thursday it's not yet been decided. -- David Scott

All this and Donkeyman is still making excuses...

When you fill in new guys in different positions, sometimes it's tough because you have to adjust now from preseason to games, and there are going to be times throughout the game where we are going to look crisp and there are going to be times when we don't."

How typical can one person be? LOL

Harris taking an extra week to settle in may work in the Panther's favor, but who do they work at SS? Does Charles Godfrey slide over (if they are still that "interchangeable") or what?

Oh yeah, Panthers.com is making us read about the Harris update on Twitter. Communist Capatilism at its finest! "She's a Twitter, He's a Twitter, don't you want to be a Twitter too!" What a joke!

I think the panthers will be fine.Just because they had a bad preseason doesnt mean its gonna escalate into the season.Look at detroit last year. They went undefeated in the preseason, then they went winless the whole year.We as panther fans have too have faith in our team.

Yeah right,Steve Smith returning kicks; you almost had me there.lol, and the last time Toast Gamble returned a kick ,he tried a backwards pass that killed any momentum they had against The Vikings.

dee, he didn't "try" anything. He threw a pass, as was dictated by the play call (a poor one.)
