BREAKING NEWS: Delhomme taken to hospital during game, but tests ok

GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Panthers quarterback Jake Delhomme was taken to a local hospital late in tonight's game against ARizona for a CT scan to check on his chest injury. Delhomme said the test results showed nothing irregular.

Delhomme was unable to finish the game after suffering a hard hit to his chest. He returned to the game temporarily, but said he wasn't feeling well, and Matt Moore took over for the rest  of the way.

Delhomme said he watched the latter stages of the game on television from the hospital.

Delhomme said he definitely expects to play next week at New Orleans.

If everyone in Charlotte were true sports fans they would pull for their team whether they were up or down. That's what is wrong with the fans in Charlotte, They suck.
