Diggs, L. Johnson added to injury report

Panthers coach John Fox said today linebackers Na'il Diggs (ribs) and Landon Johnson (knee) have been added to the team's injury report after Sunday's loss against Miami. Diggs' injury isn't to the same ribs he injured earlier this season, but the injury is "similar," according to Fox.

Fox also said the injury to Johnson -- who is starting in place of Thomas Davis, who's out for the season with a torn ACL -- isn't serious enough that it will require surgery.

Fox also said he's hopeful that defensive end Charles Johnson (pectoral), safety Charles Godfrey (ankle) and fullback Brad Hoover (ankle) will be back for next week's game at the New York Jets. -- David Scott

If Fox stays, then Davidson and Crossman need to go.

Yall are silly, people always calling for someone elses jobs when a game doesnt go right. The coaches are ok, they just need a qb that can complete a pass when the play is called. Fox is a winning coach, no need to be trash talking him.

Bob - agreed. Davidson and Crossman at minimum need to go. I like Fox, but if he doesn't adjust, he needs to go too. Jake needs to go. They need to resolve the Peppers situation to free up a little bit of $ for signing a few mid-tier free agents. Not a big fan of the play calling, and special teams have been horrendous.

The equipment guy needs to go.

Changing offensive coordinators won't make a difference. We all thought Henning was the problem a few years ago but clearly the problem was he wasn't being allowed to call his offense. Fox is the problem, Davidson is just his puppet. As long as Fox is here, that's all the offensive coordinator will ever be.

I wonder if Chad Henne would be starting for us if we had traded for him instead of Luke Mclown.

What happened to Weinke. Defense getting run over (Diggs and Johnson). Offense line running into each other. Were the panthers even ready to play

At least Weinke with an arm got to hand off to Deangelo in the wildcat.

"Sunday's loss against Miami"

...have you guys not crawled out of the bottle yet? Is guilt getting to you that much?? And I was beginning to think that you had no conscience.
