Panthers RB WIlliams injures ankle

Panthers running back DeAngelo Williams left the game at the end of the first quarter with what appeared to be an ankle injury. He was examined on the field and had the ankle taped by the team's medical staff. No word yet on whether or not he'll return to the game. He's walking on the sidelines, testing it and doing some light jogging.
