The Bucs are a team that is being underestimated right now. They have been steadily improving with Josh Freeman at the helm. Also, you obviously never know what can happen in a division rivalry game.
Personally, I think this team make make a comeback, despite all of the injuries and their head coach being so undermined by the hype machine. Matt Moore may not be the best QB on the planet, but is a great guy and a potential team leader (just like Jake). The difference maker will be how much his teammates believe in him and the rest of this season. With the Paper Champions, the real deal Saints and Favre's Vikings coming up, it does seem impossible, but those can be trap games (with the Panthers current repuation lurking) for those two teams. BTW, with seven losses, the Panthers can still end up with a 9-7 record on January 3rd, 2010. If that happens, they will not be the first 9-7 team to make it to the playoffs.
Sunday's game, with a new QB at the helm for the Cardiac Cats (as in breaking my heart lately), things may just turn around yet.

I dont think the Panthers will make the playoffs but they do have a chance to win a couple more games. They also have a chance to evaluate Moore, that is a good thing.

Mat Moore better show Whole Panthers fan that he can play. IF he can't play; cut him after this season and Draft real QB that know how to Pass.
