Thursday update from Panthers practice

What you need to know from Thursday's Panthers practice:

Panthers coach Ron Rivera has defended his pass rush; now the D-line has numbers to back him up.

Carolina could be without three starters for Sunday's game against Seattle.

Rivera admits the team expected too much of returner Joe Adams.

Linebacker Luke Kuechly remembers chasing Russell Wilson during their ACC days.

Versatile lineman Garry Williams could move inside to replace injured Geoff Hangartner.

Wow - the injury brigade begins already. The throes of another lost season are beginning very early. Time to start thinking about next year's early draft pick already ?

Where is everybody? Come on - somebody needs to jump on my naysayer remarks! All is not lost after going 1-3 and the Panthers being schizo! Right? Or what?

The way we lost to the Falcons was pretty damn disheartening. It's gonna take a pretty convincing win over Seattle to get people back on the wagon.

WayneD... You aren't worth the effort.

None of the injuries are season ending. A strong showing and W going into the bye would be great. Carolina wins here than 2 weeks to prepare for Dallas. I believe we could turn the corner.

Go Panthers

Can anyone explain why Rivera consistently runs out the clock at the end of the 1st half when Panthers have the ball? Must be that only the Falcons can score in 59 seconds from 90+ yards away.

Those are SQUANDERED OPPORTUNITIES!!!
