Kelvin Benjamin active for Panthers vs. Packers
GREEN BAY Panthers rookie receiver Kelvin Benjamin has passed through the concussion protocol and is active for Sunday's game against the Packers.
Benjamin will start for Carolina. He leads all rookie receivers with 416 yards and four touchdowns.
He suffered a concussion in last week's game at Cincinnati on a hit over the middle from linebacker Vontaze Burfict. He left the game but returned after missing two plays. On Monday he complained of a headache, and he was placed in the concussion protocol.
Benjamin participated fully at practice Friday. He was listed as questionable. In the past four years, only former Carolina tight end Jeremy Shockey has played in the same week he was in the concussion protocol for the Panthers.
Five Panthers were ruled out for the game on Saturday and did not make the trip: CB Bene' Benwikere, LB Chase Blackburn, RB DeAngelo Williams, RB Fozzy Whittaker and G Amini Silatolu. The other two inactives are QB Joe Webb and CB Josh Norman.

Hey coach why not take a sheet out of Tom Landry's book and run at there strength run at Clay Matthews instead of trying to run away from him that worked very well for Dallas against NYG Lawrance Taylor , Now let's see if there's any Adjustments to see how badly we want to win.

We are being shown what an accurate qb can do to a defense, boys looks like were being taken to school today.I really wish that Men Dorsey would explain to Can how important each down is and that we won't get many opportunities.Where's the adjustments to short drop off passes so we can try to get a rythum going????? No lets waste all three downs on long or medium bowl incompletions go figure.

Not wasting anymore of my Sunday on this lame product of a team. Just sickening.I bet Steve Smith is laughing his A.. off. WE SHOULD ATLEAST SHOW UP IN A LOSS . Coach got a fix for the jumping offside that our defensive line is causing. 10000 dollars each time you jump off sides on a hard count, Bet it would fix it.EMBARRASSING

Nothing has changed in twenty years typical Carolina panthers good year two or three bad years then a good year you get something working you leave it alone

Where is Charles Johnson only time I hear his name is player introductions last I heard he was one of highest paid players on defense if they don't want to play put someone in that does

amn someone turned the TV back on ,If you just take a look at ball placement were Cam makes his receivers jump to catch a pass that's why were struggling ,I hope this is taken in consideration when Cams contract comes up at the end of the season. In all honesty Steve Smith is a perfect example of how a accurate qb makes receivers better . Sorry Can but the truth hurts.

Poor showing today exemplifies why cheap free agents aren't always the answer. Defense looks old, slow and incapable. DeCoud, Cason, and Harper should not be re-signed. Godfrey and White should be cut. Let 2015 become a rebuilding year,

Put Anderson out there and be done with it and should have done that 2 games ago when Cam was with hurt ribs. I am so sick of that guy and his wild balls and dancing in the pocket and searching searching to run with 3 guys open. Is the guy blind or need glasses or what.
What is wrong with Rivera and Gettleman anyway.

I can buy just a little of a high throw hear and there but has nothing to do with no run game and no tackling that let's the other team score pretty much every time they get the ball he doesn't play defense

There's got to be someone available or on the practice squad that can play with aggressiveness that's hun gry and desires to win. Charles Johnson where is he??? All that money, and Hardy Money and Steve Smith money would someone please post these contracts so us fans can get a better understanding of how badly we got screwed. If Hurney is to blame for all these bogus contracts then We need to bring charges up on him deliberately sabatoging an organization for years.Hell we didn't even get wined and dinned before getting screwed.

I will say this much it aint Ron Rivera ,I can see he wants to win and knows how to win he just don't have the players because of the Contracts that Hurney wrote.mother words were stuck with certain players on our payroll till the contract expires, Or like Steve Smith pay him to play for another team, why didn't we try to trade him to get something in return?

I never would have said prior to this game that our secondary turnover is a huge part of why we're struggling........but mitchell, munnerlyn, thomas, florence......those guys weren't missing tackles last year. that bend but don't break works out a lot better than break, break, break again, oh ish it's 21-0.....eff it, break again.
stewart looked good today. hard to blame play calling when you're down 21 before the game really got going......but looking to next week.....would be nice to see stewart get 30 touches. use him while he is healthy. it's no riskier than using him sparingly.
steve smith passes irving fryar today to stand 16th all-time. a bit over 200 yards out of 15th. so glad we let that guy go. i mean brentin bersin is dominating out there, right gettleman?
craziest part is.....3-3-1 still first in the division and looking prime to stay there for a bit if we can beat new orleans at home thursday after next. 8-7-1 = division title and playoff birth.

This is the worst up and mostly down panther team Ive seen, Coach youve been on a superbowl winning team how would Ditka react to this bunch of out of shape Olineman not doing there jobs out there and the slack ass defense ? You know as well as I know what would be done he would cuss out the whole team and make practice pure hell on this bunch of take turnes jumping offsides and not blocking or tackling misfits,There by the easiest game of the week would be on game day. GO BACK TO YOUR ROOTS COACH OLD SCHOOL THEM BACK INTO DOING THERE JOBS,THEY HAVE HAD IT TO EASY, HOW DAMN OLD IS GRAY HEADED HARPER HOW CAN HE BE THE BEST CHOICE? SOMEONE CALL THE HARD HITTING SAFETY NARUKI BACK HE ATLEST CAN HELP STOP THE RUN AND TACKLE.

Horton has turned into a bust AKA (Mr. Hard count) off sides 5 yards. Every game he has got to play in he`s had a off sides penalty,Sometimes 2 a game .That is a discipline issue my friend,
(what we have here is a failure to communicate) He`s not listening coach, He`s ignoring you cause he keeps doing it.When your not good enough to get to the qb you have to depend on a hard count to help your slow ass I guess.Anyway these Sum-Bs need to have it pointed out to them. LET THEM GET MAD AS HELL AND CHANNEL IT TO THE WAY THEY PLAY,THE WHOLE TEAM IS TO SOFT AND NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT THAT`S WAY OVER DUE. LEADERS CALL PEOPLE OUT IF THEY MISS THERE ASSIGNMENT .

FANS I NEED YOUR HELP HERE: IM NOT COMPUTER SAVEY ENOUGH TO DO THIS BUT I KNOW IT WOULD BE AN EASY TASK FOR SOMEONE, HERE`S THE DEAL:
SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO START A POLL THAT CAN BE VOTED ON AND THE NUMBERS IN PLAIN VIEW OF THE PANTHER ORGANIZATION TO MAKE ACCESSIBILE ALL CONTRACTS PER PLAYER SO WE CAN UNDERSTAND WHY WE GET NO COMPENSATION FROM PLAYERS LEAVING LIKE PEOPPERS,SMITH AND SO ON AND ALSO THE TRUTH COMES WITH IT ,WAS IT REALLY HURNEYS DOINGS. LETS HERE A RESPONSE!!!!COME ON FANS THAT WANT A WINNING FRANCHISE......

if stewart didn't look good to you, you didn't watch the game. the guy was getting hit behind the line every time he touched the ball and still managed 50 on 13 carries plus a 12 yard reception.
if he actually had touches and blocks.....that guy (when actually playing) is still an elite back in this league. they need to give him the effing ball though.
