In my last post I wrote about what a fine day this was to be at Bank of America Stadium and praised the offense's season-opening touchdown drive and opening defensive stance and the abundant sunshine.
Since I wrote last, Jake Delhomme threw a pass behind Steve Smith that was intercepted. Delhomme was hit and fumbled and the ball was recovered in the end zone for a Philadelphia touchdown. Delhomme appeared not even to look for Smith on third down and overthrew Muhsin Muhammad instead. And then Philadelphia's DeSean Jackson returned a punt 85 yards for a touchdown.
The sun is still shining, however.

OMG...not a good beginning for our team!!! Jake better be careful on the way home because alot of fans are going to want his head on a platter!
