Sergio Garcia was in the woods and decided to stay there, working his way through the trees to the 11th green. Marshals asked patrons to move their chairs back, but nobody moved far enough and the marshals pushed them back to the tree line. Garcia motioned with his arms that he needed more room and fans stepped back again.
The scent of cigar smoke overpowering, Garcia hit and the ball bounced off a tree, just missed a guy's leg and landed about 10 yards from where I stood.
Fans quickly surrounded the ball, and a guy with a suit walked up and took over. If you want to know who has the power at the Masters, it's not the guys on the course. It's the guys in the suits. The marshals deferred to him.
Garcia hit again and has not been heard from since. He was six under par going into the hole. He was four under when he walked away from it.

tom. come home. we miss you here and could care less about your experiences and clever observations at the masters. we need some news re the martial arts!

Your point about let the market ddecie what mix of reactors to build juxtaposed prior to mentioning the Messmer plan in France as an example to guide us seems to be at odds with itself. The market doesn't ddecie anything, people ddecie. Putting aside semantics, I can't think of any example where the market has made a plan on its own that would compare to the buildout in France. A government plan to build reactors would be described as socialism by some. Yet, our government builds roads and bridges and no one points at that as socialism. Personally, I'm all for the government building reactors, all we need to do is expand the TVA.We do need a plan. Without a plan, failure is guaranteed. Capitalism is a good system but it is not so good at nationwide infrastructure planning and engineering.

Hello Bob,That certainly is Food for Thought! I tell folks to get a Handicap reeivraw mirror hangar rather than Handicap License Plates when they go to the DMV & have a documeted disability. Perps often choose the path of least resistance, but there's a nasty surprise awaiting them when the victim is armed with an equalizer & maintains vigilence when observing his surroundings. Have a great weekend!_j_j & V
