The North Carolina-Duke rematch offered little drama but it did offer two halves of sustianed excellence. The Tar Heels periodically feel obligated to remind us how good they can be, and if Kendall Marshall continues to evolve, they'll be as good as anybody.
But after fans finish calling the sports talk radio shows today Saturday night has little significance. This is about what comes next -- the ACC basketball tournament and the NCAA tournament.
I wish college football would pause and think, "If we weren't so screwed up" -- the Alabama-Louisiana State championship game is proof -- "March Madness could be us."
I like this ACC tournament. A conference is as good as its coaches. Get the right ones and it is on the way. N.C. State, Clemson and Virginia are on the way. They're better programs than they are teams. And Florida State and Miami could be.
The ACC tournament is compelling, and the NCAA tournament always is.
Great time to have a big TV and a comfortable chair.

I can't wait to see the outcome

Oh, please. I see somebody has bought into Roy's drivel because UNC-Cheat can't actually win the Tourney.
