I love New Orleans. One of my favorite towns. Going to N.O. is like leaving the U.S. without leaving the U.S. The city is dirty, but I accept that. The strange beauty more than compensates.
I can't say the same about the football team.
The NFL contends that the Saints used a bounty program that paid off when players knocked opponents, notably Kurt Warner and Brett Favre, out of the game. And coaches as well as players knew about it.
Some people call New Orleans the Big Sleazy. Must be talking about the Saints.
