There were horrendous mistakes Sunday -- Carolina's mismanagement of time at the end of the first half, breakdowns in the secondary, fumbles and penalties, so many penalties.
But Ron Rivera's decision to punt on fourth and a yard was not one of them. Most coaches would do what he did. Atlanta, as you know, had no timeouts.
Rivera is getting killed for the decision. Had he elected to go for the first down, and failed, he would have been butchered even worse.
The problem with this team is that we will not line up in the Power I and pound the ball down someone throat. You can not pound the ball running the Option read. We have 2 great backs and we need to let them work over a defense and then Cam can have some great runs when the defense is broke down.

honestly, i wouldn't know, i haven't tried that weihgt gainer. i haven't really touched anything other than Labrada simply because other company's are not completely honest about what they place on the marks of there products even as Labrada on the other hand, whatever is in the product, its on the mark. but i have used some really excellent weihgt gainers from Labrada Nutrition which perform fantastically.
