The Manti Te'o story is bizarre. I'm sure you've read it on Deadspin.com by now. Beautifully reported story, albeit a little smug.
My questions are obvious. How complicent was Te'o, the star Notre Dame linebacker, in fabricating the story about the imaginary girlfriend who died a tragic death?
And why would whomever invented the girlfriend do it? What do they get out of it?
I don't understand the appeal of hoaxes elaborate or small, not when they're perpetrated by adults.
I get email from people who make up a name or don't use one. I don't even undersand the appeal of that.
I think you have to sign your name. I think you don't get to make things up.
So maybe I'm bizarre.
Next up, Tom's pretend conversation (or what he imagined) with Teo's pretend girlfriend.

Read a book or two about sociopathic peniiralotses and Dinesh D'souza's book "The Roots of Obama's Rage" and the scales will fall from your eyes. All will be made clear to you. Someone needs to organize a tour, not unlike the type that brought Rock and Roll to the country -- not unlike those that brought the Gospel to the country with multiple pastors going town to town. It should be about a dozen of the Tom Sowells, Clarence Thomas, Julius C. Watts, Hiawatha Williams et al along with some good music and WAKE UP our Black Brothers and Sisters. Mr Obama is NOT THE "US" in USA and I am NOT talking about where his Momma squeezed him out. I am talking about his soul. He is NOT --- in his heart --- an American. His heart and soul do NOT swell to bursting when he sees the flag or the statue or anything except his own reflection. I cannot update my site right now. PLEASE check it next week.

Nashville and Carolina should have a new home in the cinmog years. others think it will stay still. Florida and Arizona supporting hockey a lot, I do not think teams will move. although Phoenix moved to Las Vegas would not surprise me wonder a bit about mucho.Me Columbus long term (for example, a small market), I could see north to Cleveland, Ohio, where the team should have been from the beginning.

I care about public issues in Colombia, and specifically how power is exercised. Why? Because I think that part of having power in Colombia means that you can choose what is said about you - and what is kept secret. I want to break that.We haven't really found a commercial business model for bloggers in Colombia yet, and still depend in great part on international co-operation. But we feel we have had the freedom to tell everything we know, which is great.
