Update on Charlotte and Miami injured players:
Charlotte's Al Jefferson takes the court at 5:54 p.m. Not running. But moving in the lane, spinning, putting on those Big Al moves with which we've become accustomed.
If you didn't knew he was hurt, you wouldn't know he was hurt. Not proud of that sentence. No evidence of plantar fasciitis. But, again, he didn't run.
Miami's Mario Chalmers, meanwhile, suffered a deep contusion when he was hit at the top of the shin against the Bobcats Sunday.
"I don't have any news for you about Rio," Miami coach Erik Spolestra says about Chalmers. "He is going to warm up and I'm sure he'll do it with the intention to play but we just have to see about his mobility."
If Chalmers, the starting point guard, can't go?
"I have a couple different skills," Spoelstra says. "I'm in wait mode like you guys are."
