High gas prices have everyone down, but our caption contest writers are getting plenty of mileage out of an unpleasant topic. Ms. Culpepper wins this week, and while we can't afford to offer her a government-approved $100 gasoline rebate, we hope she'll enjoy the original cartoon art with her caption on it.
